Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Minimum booking is for two nights for the yurt and bell tent . However, during the school holidays the bookings will be either 3,4 or 7 night stays

2. Payment options are either in full at the time of booking or a 20% deposit at the time of booking with the balance paid 14 days before arrival.

3. Deposit refunds will only be offered if your cancellation is made at least 28 days before your intended stay and we can re-let the tent.

4. In the event of high winds, or weather conditions that we consider are dangerous to customers, we reserve the right to cancel your holiday at short notice. Alternative dates will be offered or a refund on your payment.

5. We would ask that you arrive after 3:00pm We would ask that you vacate the tents by 10:00am on departure day .

6. In consideration of others who are staying we kindly ask for no noise after 11pm.

7. No pets allowed.

8. Smoking or vaping is not allowed in the tents or communal areas.

9. We are passionate about recycling and would expect you to comply with our recycling facilities.

10. Please do not bring fireworks or balloons of any nature, these could either scare the wildlife or be ingested by livestock.

11. We have a zero tolerance policy towards violent, aggressive or anti-social behaviour, remember to drink responsibly, we want our facilities to be safe and enjoyable for all.

12. Parents are responsible for the supervision of their children at all times on site. This is a working smallholding. Glanrhyd Farm will accept no responsibility for any personal injury sustained on our premises. Likewise, we accept no responsibility for visitors property.

13. It is advisable that all customers come prepared for rain and shine! We can experience all seasons in one day!

14. CCTV is positioned around the farmyard, buildings and driveway for yours and our safety and security.
