Glanrhyd Farm
Ideally located between Cardigan Bay and Carmarthen Bay, Glanrhyd Farm sits 275m above sea level and off the beaten track.
An old farm dating back over 200 years, currently a 35 acre smallholding where there are sheep, hens and lots of fruit and vegetables growing.
THE FARM
Glanrhyd is our home that we share with our animals and local wildlife.
The simple way we live and farm encourages local wildlife to thrive and much of what we grow is food to sustain them and us through the winter months.
Re-use and Recycle is a motto by which we live.
With this in mind our camping field is also our hay field.
Our camping facilities comprise of compost toilets, solar powered lighting and off-grid showers.
The vehicle free field gives peace of mind for children to play freely, building dens, playing sports or digging in the sandpit.
There is very little light pollution, so in the evening sit out and gaze at the incredible night sky and if you are lucky an owl might grace you with its presence.
